Your order will ship from our dispatch center in the UK. You may be required to pay import duties and tax before, on or after delivery. The cost will vary depending on the size of your order.

Deliveries to the USA with a value over $800 may attract import duties and tax. Please visit cbp.gov for info on importing to the USA. If you're looking to purchase multiple items that are over this amount and don't like the idea of import duties, we recommend placing multiple orders. You can get an estimate of import duties at https://www.simplyduty.com

If you're shipping to mainland China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau), you have to ship to a company that is registered with Customs.

The delivery couriers we use don't deliver to PO Boxes. Please enter a residential or commercial address when you place your order.

We want you to be happy with your FCC purchase but if you need to return something you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 14 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer you store credit which can be used across multiple future orders.
